How to use the Stones in game?

I gues Stones in erly dont give nothing cuz you need to max item lvl to use them and since than you will for sure find some higher tier item and the problem replays xd

I have a hard time just getting the damn things

This shoud help. Rare - 60 Epic - 80 Legendary - 120 And the stones help you to break the limit!
