Honestly I can't remember. I know it tells you during the game at some point, but its been a while.

Did you buy yourself to get there?! 3m attack.. Im lvl37 but im nowhere near 10k attack

The values start to scale really hard one you hit tier 11+ gear from all the bonuses and stacks.

@Sage: Did you beat all of the levels yet? Which floor are you on in the infinity tower? Or do they get ridiculously harder, later on?

Another question that I have: Which equipment pieces do you usually upgrade? Gold runs out too quickly, lol. And thanks for the link to that thread.
