Legendary item

Hi, What is chance to drop a legendary item ? Im lvl 53 and i have drop only one

I'm 41 but all my legendary had been sold. First was a tier 3 ring while I'm lvl 21. Next was a tier 5 helm at lvl 33. I got no luck at inferno
