tap joy help

I've completed the tap joy offer 2 days ago and still haven't gotten my reward. Sent email to support with no human reply back. Apple has banned tap joy for there apps. So please remove this scam fraud tap joy from the game. Hope android bans this scamming tap joy also. Anyways, any help from gm on this would be nice. Missing my reward
