Anyone know the chances of getting the inferno armor from the shop I have the sword I just need the armor.

Low, something in the neighborhood of 1 in 10 "Draw 12" purchases will have a Tier 16, and then you have the 1 in 5 chance of getting any specific piece. That is, approximately $80 to have an even shot of buying one.
