Purchase, I believe all inferno armor can be obtained thru purchase

Yes, but it's also supposed to have a small drop rate in Inferno difficulty. I've been grinding so much I've climbed to #3 in the global EXP rankings and still have not seen one Inferno item dropped by an enemy.
