Inferno Rates

How many times have you spawned? Have any inferno drops? Anyone had an inferno drop while questing?

Several hundred hours of grinding in Inferno difficulty, I never saw an Inferno tier item drop. I've heard that drops have been seen on Dark difficulty, but I've not seen one yet their either. Granted, gear drops are slower in Dark given the low number of enemies relative to Inferno.

 

Attaining a full Inferno suit feels very much like a paywall at this point.
