Account reset?

I had just completed nightmare and got more than half through the first zone. My game black screened, took a minute to reopen and is now reset. How do I get my progress and gems back? Or how do I refund my purchases? Has this happened to anyone else?

I lost my progress the same way. Want to know about recovery or refoud.

I was 75 lvl and i was on hell mode 5~3 the next day i was lvl 1 again without my gear i was with full enchanced tier 14 with legendary helpmet tier 15 and an inferno sword i am still trying to figure wiyh the support wtf happened 2 days now i do t mi d going back but i want at leadt my souls back anf my sword
