Souls problem

I've sent in at least 5 support tickets about how I purchased the souls pack including my order number but it says I didn't, I also completed the sonic amazon underground ofFer for 100 souls and I haven't gotten any souls at all. Starting to seem rediculus at this point. I just want my stuff none of this broken crap.

Can someone help me, the support is useless.
