I've purchased the souls pack and done the sonic the hedgehog offer for 100 souls and I haven't received either I've played the crappy support system and they want my order number EVEN WHEN I INCLUDE THE ORDER NUMBER. Fix this broken ass game and give me my shit. Thanks
