recent update

Hello, I've recently updated the 1.2.1 and figured out that my old account were removed during the update . And when I open the game it show me the tutorial and not my old account . Can you please help me retrieve my old account ? Username was zaffera and level 55/54 with epic tier 10(sword fire+45 something,helm,shield armor) epic tier8(ring and amulet) please help me retrieve my old account . Thanks you !
