Serious suggestions

It's a great game but... 1. Improve the shop, nothings worse than spending 100 souls on a bunch of useless stuff except having spent money on those souls. There's no reason to constantly get stuff worse than what you have even though it's 5 levels higher. Maybe at least ask what type of item a person wants. You go in for a sword and get 9 necklaces or 7 shoulders even though you already have the inferno shoulder. Makes zero sense from a players perspective and there's not a single other game that does this. It's a great game but this kills it and equipment is the most complained about thing on these forums. 2. Have an in game contact form, sure some people like forums and I even come and read them but people don't need yet another thing to sign up for and remember a password for just to make a suggestion that's not even garunteed to be seen.

This post says much about the game. I grinded my way to level 35, nearly finished normal mode (1 boss to go), and yesterday or so I did my first 100 soul draw. I got 2 epics and the rest all rare, and it looked awesome compared to what I had, but made me wonder what I'll get next time... Plus, this forum looks abandoned by staff, maybe the game is rather abandoned too?
