Purchased 2 soul bundles, only got one.

Not sure if this is where I should be posting this but yester I purchased 2 bundles of souls from the limited time offers on the games home screen. The deal was 300 souls for 5.99. I received one of the bundles. But I never received the second yet my bank account shows 2 separate Billings. Who do I contact for a refund or the Souls I am missing? Thanks.
