Put inferno items at shop people spend alot of souls not items ingernal

Put in the shop the choise to get eitjer the set dor 1000 souls or to buy it piece by piece ffor 150 a piece before my acout wass reset for unkown reasons and still i have no reply i spend 510 plus whatever got from the game to get only sword and my account was reset i want explanations inwas on hell halfway why do i have to start over i want refunds for the souls i buy and my sword
