inferno drop rate is a lie

I have spent more than 2k stamina on inferno dificulty i haveng got a single inferno drop i have seen previus posts saying that infetno is dropavle in inferno dificulty but i thng its just a rumor i would uave got one by now even one drop raise the drop rate its useles yo get only tier 15 drops
