Rip off

I spent 6$ on souls.. it went through my account but I don't have 165??? Then I downloaded dragon soul for 80 souls, leveled my team up to lol 8.. and again, no fking souls.. should be like 240, what a waste of time and money.. is there some way to either refund or give me my souls??
