Souls Not Acquired

I purchased the limited time offer of 360 souls for $5.99 the other night and have yet receive the souls. I thought maybe I just needed to wait 24 hours for the transaction, but I don't think that's the case. Ive attached images of the receipt and a screenshot of the game with only the twenty souls given out this morning. Am I supposed to keep waiting or is there somewhere I need to go to get this resolved? Thanks for any advice.
