What can drop in Inferno mode

Hi guys I'm grinding in inferno mode at the moment. I'm wondering if somebody can tell me what I can expect loot wise. I'm grinding a long time and never got a better weapon than rare dropped. The only items I seem to get with better quality are shoulders but that doesn't help really because the shoulder slot is already good equipped. Can somebody tell me if they got a legendary or better weapon dropped in inferno ?! That would help me to decide how to continue with my game. Thanks a lot for answers and good hunting
