Souls disappearing

Morning everybody. Did not find a way to open a ticket to get help from nanoo. Hope i get help here. Yesterday 60 souls disappeared from my account. 30 soils, twice. It's not easy getting souls, and a sucking bug steals them? Not possible. Please help. Thanks.
