4.99 $ spend 165 souls not recieved.

My phone is off. I connected on xfinity Wi-Fi. Purchased 165 souls it said purchase complete. So then I moved away from the Wi-Fi network it said loading. Didn't load I restart game no souls and 4.99 removed off my card. User name RECKLEZZ

I'm having the same issue. I purchased the souls for 5.99 and got a text while doing so and checked it out. When I came back to the game and I noticed I never recieved them. My card was charged and also recieved Google receipt
