What should i do with souls ? Buying tire3 items Or something else?

Try to be on the highest level with the use of ur equipments so if you have 100souls you can buy from the shop so you can have better equipments.

But at shop only gives tire 3 Or the tire will increase along with my level?

In my experience, it is +1 or +2 tier from the latest level of your quest.

It will incease along with the progress of your quest.
