Tier16 weapon

Question how can I get tier 16 items. I'm lvl 93 on inferno difficulty and still I only get tier 15 items. Thanks for the answer

Just with souls as far as I know

i got an inferno helm tier 16 on inferno stage 5-10. they do drop but really low rate.

Oh okay, i am only at 10-7 hell with my hardcore char yet :P didn't even know Inferno and Dark exist yet, as no higher Tiers exist

Really. I'm on 4-10 Inferno diff but in normal mode only

I hope I will get inferno or lightning items that monster will drop
