Lost Souls for nothing

I just wsnt to do a transfer upgrade in my weapon but nothing happend i got an 102+ weapon tier 10 and want to transfer into my tier 15 25+ weapon it costs 70 Souls i payed it and nothing happen my souls are gone and my higher tier weapon sre still low upgraded pls help !!
