Can u upgrade a weapons tier lvl ?

Can we upgrade the tier lvl on the weapon after we max it out?

the items dont have max upgrade sir. thou as you get pass stages the item tier also increases.as long as you have stones to upgrade the item, the upgrade is limitless. but the stones are very rare. hope i help
