Pay for nothing.

Hello gamemakers. Today i bought 180+180 souls, the money is sended but i dont have any souls. The game is write a message that "pay cancelled"... 2 questions i have.... Why? When i going to have my souls, or when do you guys send back my money? Thanks for all answers.. Just a user
