How to save and load the game?

Lastweek I play this game and then my phone got some trouble so I saved the game on cloud button on the top right of the Main screen. Yesterday I tried to load but I didn't know where I was able to load my save so I started to play again from beginning. BUT now I wanna know how can I save and load my progress coz I wanna change to my new mobile phone soon. Any help ^^
