Purchase failure

Hi there. I downloaded your game a while ago and I've been enjoying the experience. At one time I bought souls for R77 and payment was successful. Last week I bought another bunch of souls for R77. Payment went through but I didn't get my souls. I have the proof of payment from Google. I don't know what must happen now. Franklin
