Account problem! Account rolled back to 0!

Hello my account id is :116468337267127858174 and its been a couple of days that i had my character rolled back to lvl 1 and lost all my equipment ! Please help me with that...

first time i lost account me too ... is something on recovery ...dsnt work verry well ... have you spend any $$$ ?;))
