Upgrade transfer

Hi. I have a problem with upgrade transfer, i tried to use it and spent 70 souls, but it did nothing but taking my souls, does anyone have the same issue or is it just me? Thx.

It did works.. its transfer all +upgrade dont use it if just few upgrade

I have +26 on my wep.

I Cant Upgrade my weapon with the stones .. anyone have an advice for me and how please
