how do i get infernal set?

How do I get items from the Infernal class?

Just farm inferno difficulty. It will drop eventualy

Weirdly after I reached the inferno difficulty. I was farming for dark sword in dark dungeon and i'v got an inferno helm and amulet drop. Why is it set like this?
