Soul refund please

Spent 70 souls on transferring my upgrades to a new sword and the game crashed. When I restarted nothing happened and my souls are gone.

That happened to me but there's no soul refund sad....

Usually this happens on old, weak, or overloaded device. Especially if u do transfer while u be online. Btw this crash never happens with me
