Glitch

So 3 times now I have gone to do a upgrade transfer and it crashes my games and I lose the souls and the upgrade does not go through could I please be reimbursed for my soles

Never have any troubles with transfer upgrade (I'll do it more then 10 times). So mb u need check your phone and try to reinstall Dark sword. Or u r just cadger?
