Help with item restoration

Yeah i feel for u, happened to me too a while ago but luckily i got another one of the same item after so i didn't have to get it back, but next time lock your item so this doesn't happen again :)

Yeah I know, from now on I'll be careful when selling items, I just hope a dev reads this so I can get it back.

Could someone answer me about whether it's possible or not please? Or if a dev needs more information please tell me.
