Where's the item that I bought!!!! Its past 1 day now!!! I never thought customer service will going to be so poor. I love the game but Very upset with your service! How can i buy more if my very first purchase is a like this !!!!!! I hope you know how to compensate for the invonvenience that i had to follow up every now and then for this first transaction that I made with you guys. If you still have a plan to help me or just refund my money then.. Very Disappointed...
