Just purchased a pack of souls and they didn't show up. I completely shut down the game and opened it back up. But nothing is there. Any suggestions?

I do not remember how, but there is a way to make a formal complaining as a post by a certain manner, in a proper location... Something like it is somewhere to be found... Sorry i could not help with specificity
