My phone broke so I had to get another phone and on my other phone I am lol 58 this one tell me to start at lol 1 how do I get my account on new one

I did try to do that and I'm hooked up but no account but when I further read it said can't load a game in till after 15 days but I played longer than that I saved it now I'm screwed this one I'm play right now is just to have fun bc I'll be getting my new phone next week and Ik for sure I'll loose this as well they should be able to load with Google or Facebook to load your game w/o a darn problem but of course they got to be different and fck shit up just like a girl would do
