How do i receave what is missing after my trade

Hi... I have just bought some souls and other things in the limited area ofers... However, i did not receaved the object of the trade... My money was spent... But the operation was canceled. What should i do to receave the souls, Hp potions and stones of power? Thanks a lot!! You have all managed to create a great awesome game!!! Please, would you people solve this?
