Plz reset 15 load data rimer

Dear Support, Please reset the 15 day loading counter. I switch phone but I forgot to save data before I login with new phone. I couldn't give my old phone until I get my account to the new phone, because I could only play with my old phone. And plz enable saving on my old phone. Thank you. Walron
