Missing paid items

I paid for lengenday tire 13 items for 10.00 ish and paid for the items. After payong the game loaded and froze. It looked like the game loaded and crashed. Upon opening the game could not load my inbox and now they are not there and I have been charged. I would like my money back or the items I paid for and have a receipt.
