At what stage I can get tier 16 equipments

Now i m on inferno mode and found tier 15 equipments during the play. In shop it still showing me to buy tier 15 equipments though it shows from half of the hell mode still not getting any purchase to tier 16. Tell me plz at what stage of inferno we can get tier 16 equipment's.

May be you are not that high of a level which is needed for tiertier 16

I dnt know exactly but i m on level 78.

Im today 100 lvl and also have 15. I think its max now only epic eq or more can be.
