Bug

I have been bugged while I was transferring upgrade from my teir 11 sowrd to my teir 13 one I paid the 70 souls not only they vanished from my items also the transfer didn't take place ... Plz help I need that before my 24hrs stamina is over :( And that's My char items and name to check my data at ur data base
