No souls

I just purchased POWER STONE PACK but received nothing...

Not to mention that the contact support page is offline... It says content not found...

What I would try is either swiping out and closing the app then reopen it and pray it works, OR make sure you have a play account be LOGGED in and uninstall then reinstall the game.

/!\CAUTION/!\ there have been many reports on people uninstalling and reinstalling and losing all progress by chance so the uninstall chance is yours.
