How to get my old account back? Need mod help!

I just redownloaded this game after over a year to start playing again. When I logged in it didn't give me my old account. Im stuck at level one again. I even checked my achivements and it has the ones I completed still completed from last year but I can't figure out how to load my last save or get my old account back! I already had my pet and was a decent level. Could anyone help me please!

Seriously. There's no in game support. How am I suppose to get my account back?
