I have reached within the rank requirement in the arena. However, it doesn't allow me to have the +30 Souls Reward. I supposed to get 120 souls now since I'm rank 7000+ today. I've ascended from rank 10000+ to 7000+. I hope and wish that you could help me. Thank you so much!
