how to get KEY?

We received 2 keys from Pvp after finish the task (play pvp multiple times) But sometimes i receive some random keys from finishing the battle (pvp) How it is supposed to be ?? Can anyone know what the rules ?? Your answer will be helpfull for newbee player like me Thankss
