Help on Hell difficulty

Kind of a newb at the moment. Can't seem to get through hell difficulty without a serious grind. Any tips for a new player? Have nearly all unique gear upgraded too.

Any input would be great. Totally stuck on the 9th chapter of hell mode. Even an admin help? Can't seem to be able to get anywhere
