Me too...my soul gift missing...bug maybe

There is no bug.. if they don't want to give souls, then that's it. You wait until they give it to you. It's the same with everybody. You're going to strain your eyes looking at your inbox. It depends on their mood to give or not to give. And a lot of us is obviously unhappy specially those who don't cheat and rely on daily rewards for their needs.
Maybe it should not be called daily rewards anymore. Because now, its not daily... Really :(
