Game save

When i try to save my game data it shows "already being used in other device". How to solve this? Zigen can u help.

Ohh my.. if you haven't downloaded the game in another phone, then try rebooting/restart your phone to refresh. Then try saving again.

If you still can't save, try the support (help) feature in the forum and report your problem so they can fix the cloud save of your device. Try also the troubleshooting in the old forum. They have answers to these situations when I browse through them years ago. I haven't experienced that problem myself so my knowledge on this topic is very limited so I'm sorry if I couldn't help much.
