Your purchase is supposed to be given right after you have paid. Typically others would wait for a day but after that, you should report it to Nanoo immediately so an action can be done to your problem. You should have the notification from google and/or telecom service about the payment of the item. Take a pic (screenshot) and report. Otherwise noting will happen.
