But, stages 1.10, 2.10 ... 10.10 are better, because there are more monster to hunt, witch mean more chance to dropp a stuff. Dropp inferno stuff in inferno mode is rare but it happen, i believe something like every 100 stages clean there is an inferno dropp (stage 9.10 for me). But ring and wings and sword are really hard to dropp ...

What Tanatos said was true but I have doubts about the wings. Anyway that helmet is just easy to get.
